1. Nature of Our Paid Services

Katalyst Consulting offers strategy, consulting, and AI-assisted sales enablement services. Our paid offers include the Katalyst Strategy Kit ($1,250 one-time) and the Pilot Design Consult ($497 one-time). Both are delivered as founder-led, advisor-guided service engagements.

These are professional service and digital deliverable purchases, not software subscriptions. Delivery involves Jazz Jones' time, proprietary frameworks, and AI-assisted strategy outputs tailored to your context.

2. Please Review Before Purchasing

We encourage you to use the free Objection Intelligence demo at /try before purchasing. This lets you evaluate output quality, format, and relevance to your sales context before committing.

The Strategy Kit session includes a live strategy session with Jazz Jones, a custom brief, and follow-up assets. Details are described at /strategy-kit. The Pilot Design Consult details are described at /services/debt-counseling-pilot-design.

3. Refund Eligibility

Given the custom, time-invested nature of our services, refunds are limited. The following situations may qualify:

• You have not yet attended or received any portion of the service delivery
• You contact us within 48 hours of purchase with a written refund request
• A technical issue prevented access to a paid feature and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe

The following situations do not qualify for a refund:

• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality where service delivery was completed
• Changing your mind after the session has occurred or materials have been delivered
• Claims that the service did not produce specific sales outcomes (we make no outcome guarantees)
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Katalyst services are designed to improve strategic clarity and sales readiness. They are not a guarantee of increased revenue, improved close rates, compliance certification, or any other specific outcome. All strategies and outputs must be reviewed and adapted by qualified professionals before use in regulated environments.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us directly at info@katalystconsulting.io within 48 hours of your purchase. Include your name, purchase date, and reason for the request.

We review each request individually. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Free Tier

The free tier of Katalyst Persuasion OS requires no payment and carries no refund considerations. Free accounts are subject to lifetime usage limits as described in the platform.
