1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs how you may use Katalyst Persuasion OS and all associated tools, APIs, and content. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy.
Katalyst is built for legitimate sales professionals, founders, and operators. The Platform is designed to improve objection handling, strategic messaging, and buyer engagement — not to enable harm or evasion.
2. Prohibited Uses
Abuse and Harassment
- Using Platform outputs to harass, intimidate, or threaten any individual
- Generating content designed to abuse, demean, or discriminate against any person based on protected characteristics
- Submitting inputs containing verbal aggression, slurs, or hostile language toward consumers or others
Illegal Activities
- Using Platform outputs for fraud, deception, or misrepresentation to consumers
- Generating scripts that violate the TCPA, FDCPA, TILA, or other applicable consumer protection laws
- Using the Platform to facilitate any criminal activity
- Contacting consumers who have issued a Do Not Contact (DNC) directive using Platform-generated scripts
Unauthorized Access and System Abuse
- Attempting to access admin-only routes, seed brain content, or internal administrative data
- Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk extraction of any Platform content via bot or script
- Credential sharing — each account is for a single authorized user only
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary prompting frameworks or seed content
- Malicious automation including denial-of-service attempts or API flooding
Deceptive and Unsafe Regulated Claims
- Using outputs to make guarantees of loan approval, debt settlement, medical outcomes, or other regulated claims
- Presenting AI-generated content as certified legal, financial, medical, or compliance documentation without proper human review and disclosure
- Omitting required disclosures in consumer-facing communications in regulated industries
Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Using Platform outputs to generate bulk unsolicited email or SMS campaigns
- Harvesting contact information from the Platform for use in spam operations
Katalyst outputs are for use by trained sales professionals in legitimate, consent-based sales conversations. Misuse that harms consumers is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
3. Crisis and Safety Inputs
The Platform includes a hostile content classifier that intercepts inputs involving self-harm, crisis, or abuse. If you encounter a consumer in crisis, follow your organization's escalation protocols and direct them to appropriate resources (e.g., the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).
Do not attempt to bypass safety classifiers or submit inputs designed to evade them.
4. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate account suspension or permanent termination
- Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory bodies where legally required
- Removal of access to paid services without refund
