  • A custom Strategy Brief based on your provided context, industry, and sales environment
  • 8–12 Objection Sequences tailored to your specific resistance patterns
  • Follow-Up Asset recommendations (email, SMS, LinkedIn angles)
  • A 7-Day Execution Plan for deploying the objection frameworks
  • Coaching notes for reps or managers
  • Continued platform access (Objection Intelligence, Workspaces, Asset Generators)

2. What the Strategy Kit Is Not

  • A strategy and advisory deliverable
  • Customized to your context and industry
  • AI-assisted and founder-reviewed
  • A framework for human-led sales conversations
  • Platform access with no lifetime usage limits

What it is not

  • Legal advice or compliance certification
  • Financial or medical advice
  • A guarantee of revenue or close-rate outcomes
  • An automated system that replaces human judgment
  • A finished compliance program for regulated industries

3. Context-Based Delivery

The quality and relevance of Strategy Kit deliverables depends on the context you provide — your industry, sales environment, buyer objection patterns, and goals. Katalyst generates outputs based on what you share in the platform and during the strategy session.

Providing incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading context will result in outputs that are less applicable to your situation. The responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of input context rests with the buyer.

4. Review and Implementation Responsibility

All Strategy Kit deliverables — including objection sequences, follow-up scripts, and coaching notes — must be reviewed by qualified professionals before deployment in regulated sales environments.

  • In debt relief, collections, healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries: review by a licensed compliance officer or qualified legal counsel is required before use
  • AI-generated outputs should be treated as strategic drafts, not finished compliance documents
  • The buyer is solely responsible for how deliverables are implemented, adapted, and used

Katalyst is compliance-aware, not compliance-certified. Deploying any sales script or objection response in a regulated environment without compliance review is the buyer's responsibility.

5. No Guaranteed Outcomes

The Strategy Kit does not guarantee any specific sales outcome. Results depend on many factors including team execution, market conditions, buyer behavior, and product-market fit — none of which Katalyst controls.

Katalyst will deliver the agreed scope. Whether that scope improves your sales performance depends on how it is implemented by your team.

6. Confidentiality

Sales context, objection scenarios, and company information you share with Katalyst in connection with the Strategy Kit are used solely to generate your deliverables. We do not share your specific business context with other clients or publish it publicly.

Katalyst may use aggregate, anonymized patterns from platform usage to improve the AI framework. No individually identifiable content is used in training without explicit consent.

7. Booking and Access
