1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Katalyst Persuasion OS (the "Platform"), including any features, tools, or AI-assisted outputs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and Strategy Kit purchasers.
2. About the Platform
Katalyst Persuasion OS is an AI-assisted sales enablement platform operated by Katalyst Consulting. It provides objection intelligence, sales snapshots, founder briefs, follow-up assets, and related tools to help sales teams and founders identify and respond to buyer resistance.
Katalyst is compliance-aware, not compliance-certified. Outputs are informational and strategic in nature. They are not legal, financial, medical, or regulatory compliance advice.
3. Acceptable Platform Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, legitimate business purposes. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:
- Harassment, abuse, or threats directed at any person
- Illegal activities including fraud, deception, or violations of consumer protection law
- Automated scraping, crawling, or systematic extraction of Platform content
- Credential sharing or unauthorized access on behalf of others
- Attempts to access admin-only data, seed content, or internal platform resources
- Generating outputs intended to deceive regulated consumers without proper disclosures
- Using Platform outputs to make guaranteed compliance claims
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login with others. Katalyst is not liable for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
Each account is for individual use unless you have a written agreement with Katalyst authorizing team-level access.
5. AI-Assisted Outputs
Outputs generated by the Platform are produced using AI models and predefined prompting frameworks. These outputs are provided for informational and strategic reference only.
- Outputs do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice
- Outputs may not reflect current regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and making decisions based on any Platform output before use
- Katalyst makes no guarantee that any output will improve sales performance, close rates, or business outcomes
Do not use AI-generated outputs as final scripts in regulated industries without independent review by qualified counsel or compliance staff.
6. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Katalyst does not guarantee any specific result from using the Platform or purchasing any paid service. Use of the Platform, including the Strategy Kit, does not guarantee increased sales, improved conversion rates, regulatory compliance, or any other business outcome.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its design, code, prompting frameworks, seed content, and underlying methodology are proprietary to Katalyst Consulting. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.
Content you submit to the Platform (sales inputs, objection scenarios) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant Katalyst a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating your requested outputs.
8. Free Usage Limits
Free accounts are subject to lifetime usage limits as described in the Platform interface. Limits apply per account on a lifetime basis (not monthly or rolling). Strategy Kit buyers and admin accounts are exempt from free limits.
9. Termination
Katalyst reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Where practical, we will notify you of the reason.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Katalyst Consulting and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any Platform output.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
