1. Introduction
Katalyst Persuasion OS is operated by Katalyst Consulting. Katalyst helps sales teams and founders generate objection responses, sales snapshots, founder briefs, CRM-ready exports, and Strategy Kit assets through an AI-powered Sales Persuasion OS.

This policy is not legal advice and is not a substitute for attorney review. It is written to be honest and clear about our actual practices.

4. First-Party Analytics and Buyer Intent Tracking
Katalyst uses first-party analytics to understand how visitors use the app and which actions signal genuine interest in the product.
Examples of tracked events include: visiting /try, selecting an industry or sales environment, generating an objection response, unlocking output by submitting an email, creating an account, visiting the Strategy Kit page, clicking Stripe or Calendly, exporting CRM notes, hitting usage limits, joining the waitlist, and purchasing a Strategy Kit.
Katalyst may connect anonymous visitor activity to an email address or user account after you voluntarily submit your email or create an account. This linkage allows us to understand the full visitor-to-user path and to follow up with people who have shown genuine intent.
Katalyst does not sell visitor data. Katalyst does not market to raw IP addresses or identify anonymous visitors by name.
5. Cookies, Local Storage, and Visitor ID
Katalyst may use first-party cookies or browser local storage to:
- Maintain a visitor ID across sessions for analytics continuity
- Remember basic preferences and app state
- Support first-party analytics and behavior tracking
- Preserve UTM attribution across page views
- Prevent abuse and detect suspicious activity patterns
You can manage or clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some app functionality.
6. How We Share Information
Katalyst does not sell visitor data or user data to third parties.
Katalyst may share data with service providers needed to operate the product, including:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- Database and storage providers
- AI providers that process user inputs to generate outputs
- Payment processors (Stripe) for Strategy Kit transactions
- Scheduling providers (Calendly) for session booking
- Email and support tools, if used for customer communication
- Analytics and security tools, if used for product improvement or abuse prevention
Service providers are authorized to use data only to provide services to Katalyst, not for their own purposes.
7. AI Processing
User inputs submitted to Katalyst Persuasion OS features — including objections, sales contexts, and workspace prompts — are processed by AI systems to generate outputs. These inputs may be transmitted to third-party AI providers.
You should not submit information you are not authorized to share, including confidential business information, personal data of third parties, or legally protected material.
Katalyst Persuasion OS is compliance-aware, not compliance-certified. Outputs generated by Katalyst Persuasion OS are not legal, medical, financial, regulatory, or compliance advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on generated content in regulated environments.
8. Admin Review and Learning
Katalyst may internally review generated outputs, usage patterns, and user activity to:
- Improve the product and the quality of generated language
- Develop better objection seeds and sales frameworks
- Create and curate Strategy Kit deliverables
- Identify patterns in how teams use the product across sales environments
Katalyst does not blindly publish individual user inputs or expose one user's private outputs to other users. Learning assets derived from usage review may be anonymized, edited, or generalized before any reuse in product features or training materials.
9. Data Retention
Katalyst retains information for as long as needed to: provide the product, fulfill Strategy Kit work, improve the product, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Specific retention windows vary by data type and may be updated as our practices evolve.
If you delete your account or request deletion, Katalyst will remove or anonymize personal data in accordance with applicable obligations, subject to retention requirements for legal, security, or business purposes.
10. Security
Katalyst uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. This includes encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, parameterized database queries, and controlled access to production systems.
No system is perfectly secure. Katalyst cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of any safeguard. We will notify affected users of material security incidents as required by applicable law.
